We scanned the commercial ewes on our Washcreek block today, happy with our result of 173%, bring on lambing!
Here are our Wiltshire 2 tooth’s to be sold at our sale on Wednesday at 12 pm. We are selling 350 2th ewes, 250 5 year + ewes, 2200 ewe lambs and 77 Wiltshire rams.

Interesting article quietly highlighting the benefits of shedding sheep, No shearing costs, reduced animal health costs, reduced labour costs, less yarding and less mustering. Is "wool a weed" on your farm?
Talking to a client yesterday it was suggested they would need to see $15 per kg for wool to deviate from their journey into a full shedding flock.
Reminder we have a Ram sale coming up this Monday 24th at 1pm. Lets keep some farms out of carbon forestry.
